Chaos Command is a tool for keeping track of your own health information. It is not a doctor, and it does not give medical advice.
Part 1 — In Plain Language
🚨 If you think you're having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (in the US, 911) or go to an emergency room. Do not rely on this app. It will not detect an emergency, summon help, or contact anyone on your behalf.

We built this because tracking your own health should be in your hands. Keeping it in your hands also means the medical decisions stay between you and your care team — where they belong.

Part 2 — The Formal Version

1. Not Medical Advice

The Chaos Command application ("App") is an informational and personal record-keeping tool. The App, its content, and any output, summary, chart, pattern, or notification it generates do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Nothing in the App establishes a physician–patient or other care-provider relationship.

2. No Diagnosis or Treatment Function

The App does not diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease or condition. Any trends, correlations, or visualizations presented by the App are arithmetic summaries of user-entered data and must not be interpreted as clinical findings.

3. Consult Qualified Professionals

Users should always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, medication, or treatment, and should never disregard, delay, or alter professional medical advice or treatment because of information recorded in or generated by the App.

4. Emergencies

The App may provide user-configured reminders and notifications, but it is not an emergency service and does not perform health monitoring or emergency detection. It will not detect a medical emergency, summon help, or contact emergency services, caregivers, or any third party on the user's behalf. In a medical emergency, users must contact their local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the United States) or seek immediate in-person care.

5. Not a Medical Device

The App is not intended to be, and has not been evaluated or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable regulatory authority as, a medical device. It is intended solely for general informational and personal organizational use.

6. Accuracy and Reliance

The App reflects only the data a user chooses to enter and does not verify the accuracy or completeness of that data. Reminders, schedules, and computed values may be affected by user input, device state, or software conditions, and must not be solely relied upon for time- or safety-critical health decisions (including medication timing).

7. User Responsibility for Data and Backups

All data resides on the user's device. The Company maintains no copy and cannot recover data lost through device loss, damage, reset, deletion, or software issues. The Company also cannot recover, reset, or bypass a lost or forgotten PIN; a profile whose PIN is lost is permanently inaccessible by design. The user is solely responsible for retaining their PIN, for maintaining backups, for safeguarding any exported file and its passphrase, and for the security of the device on which data is stored.

8. Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for any decision made, action taken, or harm arising from use of or reliance on the App. Use of the App is at the user's sole risk. This Section is in addition to, and incorporated by reference into, the limitation-of-liability and warranty-disclaimer provisions of the Terms of Service.
